Then you are going to need to get your model onto that skeleton and make sure everything lines up (which is a very annoying and hard process I'm told if you don't make the model with the skeleton in mind). What you are going to need to do is decompile the combine soldier model and extract it's skeleton. So in your case you want to replace the combine soldier. So the easiest way to do this without having to do code changes is first decide which npc you want to replace.
